PCB Design, Manufacturing and High Power LEDs

In this training program, you will learn everything about PCBs i.e. applications, design (using KiCAD) and manufacturing process. You will also learn about the industrial process used in making of High Power LEDs (IMS Lab).

Process and Materials Design & Engineering

In this training program, you will learn everything about process design and optimization. You will use concepts of Design of Experiments (DOE) and R&D methodology to improve any industrial process from scratch.

LEDs and High Power Electronics

(12 Weeks)

In this training program, you will learn everything about PCBs, LEDs, High Power Electronics, Additive Process, Screen Printing and Flexible Electronics. You will also learn the industrial jargon, lab details and actual industrial processes used in LED industry. 

You will get an in-depth understanding of printing and firing technology used in making of High Power LED substrates, Ceramic based hybrid circuits and flexible electronics (IMS and Screen Printing Lab)

Industrial Process and Materials Design

(10 Weeks)

In this training program, you will learn everything about Process Design, Design of Experiments (DOE), Process and Materials Optimization. You will also learn how to solve simple design, half factorial design, Taguchi design using Minitab.

As a part of training program, you will learn to optimize an R&D process to a pilot scale manufacturing. You will also optimize and design 2 industrial processes as a part of final project.
